As marketing consultants, it is vital that we are fluent with the current trends and processes that a client can best utilize for the business. This means a dedication and focus to research and education in order to condense the information into a easy to understand format for the client to be able to see the “big picture.” It is key that the client understands fully what our role is (and is not) and that they are kept informed and involved in the lifecycle of marketing activities. It is also our job to evaluate the business operations of a client as well as the client themselves in order to make the most effective recommendations to maximize ROI.
Marketing is a social science. The process of building and growing business relationships involves qualitative research to accurately determine what the client is really expecting in the transaction. This is intuitive and very challenging to quantify but is key in building a long term relationship with a client that is beneficial to both parties. Woodville's goal is to be able to create simple to understand marketing plans that incorporate technology with research specific to the client.
Ms. Taylor-Golbey has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience in such diverse industries as hospitality, higher education, retail, financial publications and services and consumer focused market research. She holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland and a MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
